Phase I - Consultation

In Phase I, Consultation, our industry experts work with you to identify quality and productivity opportunities.

Phase II - Process Design

In Phase II, Process Design, our process and quality experts review the existing processes and develop a new Process Flow Diagram, Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis, Control Plan and Plant Layout to reflect the desired improvements.

Phase III - Product Development

In Phase III, Product Development, our technical experts complete the customized hardware and software products to deliver the objectives of the project.

Phase IV - Installation Integration

In Phase IV, Integration, project teams implement the customized solutions for your production facility, including training and third party coordination.

Phase V - On-going Support & Service

During the on-going Phase V, Support & Service, on-site and remote service is available to ensure your results are achieved and maximized through a process of Continuous Improvement.

In addition, our training programs assist your employees by providing advanced knowledge about our systems.

Our professional Program Managers ensure that all project deliverables are achieved by managing the project team in four key areas:

• develop detail plans for each project phase.
• maintain program timing.
• identify issues early in the project and drive correction (document with Open Issues List).
• maintain communication with customer on program status and issues.

Our Program Managers assume full responsibility to ensure that all sub-suppliers and your team are on target and meet the objectives of the project.

Although we normally manage each project through all five phases, we can separate each phase and become involved only in the phases that you require assistance.

For example, you may only need our help in Phase I - Consultation, in order to identify opportunities for improvement. Sometimes, there is preparation that your organization should complete before implementing new processes. In this case, we help you identify the opportunites and develop an action plan to achieve the objectives. Then, your organization can follow the prepared road-map to completion.
