Electronic Manifests

Using our standard products, we have developed a customized electronic manifest system to interface with your Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) system and provide information on your plant floor where, when, and how you need it. Not only does the electronic manifest know what parts or subassemblies are required to build each product (the ingredients), it also knows how each product is to be built and the sequence that must be followed (the recipe).

Output options are extensive, including devices such as:

• operator displays (marquees)
• individual lights or light banks
• computer displays
• manufacturing equipment interfaces (PLCs, etc.)
• barcode labels and paper manifests

We can also integrate electronic manifests with our error proofing systems to provide even higher levels of error proofing.
