Data Collection and SPC

With over 20 years experience interfacing personal computers to plant floor devices, we have developed techniques to interface anything to anything. We strongly believe in collecting data directly from the source, without the need to re-type or manually manipulate the data - both sources of error and wasted time.

We will develop and install the most effective method of collecting data; whether it is simply a direct connection, using our customized embedded Smart I/O, or developing a specialized operator interface terminal.

We have a collection of standard SPC charts and reports to choose from, including:

These charts and reports are easily customized. We will also implement any standard reporting or charting options that your organization requires.
